IOVA association was established to contribute to the improvement of youth policies, to provide support and solidarity among young people, to encourage their entrepreneurial spirit, to help them gain knowledge, skills and competence, to work in disadvantaged regions all around the country, to support, design and carry out studies aimed at contributing to collective harmony among young people.

Goals of Our Association:

 Developing systems in which all segments of society, especially the disabled, immigrants and disadvantaged communities, can be included in decision-making processes.  

To create activities that will enable young people to develop national and international social responsibility projects aimed at solving the country’s problems and to support young people in their projects.     

To prepare national and international social projects for young people and disadvantaged young people (young people with physical or mental disabilities due to geographical or other reasons) and to participate in these projects and to carry out these projects together with young people.

To engage in international activities, to become a member of associations or organizations abroad and to cooperate with, assist or provide participation in these organizations.

To improve the quality of education, ensure cultural dialogue and encourage language learning, organize training courses for educational programs and cooperate with European Union countries and other countries.

 To inform and encourage entrepreneurship.

To prepare regional development, international projects and EU-supported (Erasmus Plus) projects, to participate in these projects as partners or associates and to send participants.     

To support innovative projects that aim to reduce inequalities in learning outcomes affecting students with disadvantaged backgrounds/less opportunities, including students with disabilities.
